KONSEP BA'AH PERSPEKTIF KEPALA KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN SINGOSARI DAN DAMPIT KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to obtain the meaning of the concept of Baah and the role of the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Singosari District and Dampit District to determine the size of the bride and groom’s baah. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The result of this research are two. first, the concept ba'ah according to the Head Office of Religious Affairs is the ability to bear all the burdens and responsibilities in the family, among others, were able to make a living born (food, clothing and shelter) , living inner (biological needs) and the ability in terms of science. Second, the role of the Head of the Religious Affairs Office in determining the size of bâah bride is to check the data of each prospective bride at the time of registration and examination of bride files. In accordance with PMA No. 11 of 2007 Chapter II Article 2 that the Registrar of Marriage as an official employee who has the task of inspection requirements, monitoring and recording of events marriage / reconciliation, divorce registration divorce, contested divorce, and perform marriage guidance. Then related to the ideal size of bâah, in quantity can’t be determined for exactly for Singosari and Dampit peoples. However, in quality, bâah can be measured by several criteria, namely age, education, work dan mental and physical readness.
